Great coffee in a quiet, laid back atmosphere. I was lured in by the awesome goat logo, and stayed for the coffee (loved the espresso tonic Hector made) and artwork.

TL;DR: Fantastic coffee, and they even made decaf good. I have purchased drinks and beans here, as well as ordered beans shipped from the roastery. I recently had to go to decaf for medical reasons and that scared the heck out of me as I am a coffee addict/lover/home espresso brewer/etc. The beans I'll talk about here are the Mexican Turquesa from the Chiapas region. They are Solar roasted Arabica. Tasting notes of Walnut and Milk Chocolate I originally had the non decaf medium roast and I loved it for pour over. Drip (mocha master), and it turned out a pretty tasty espresso shot with very little difficulty in dialing in the grind. Since I have switched to decaf, I have had both the medium and the dark roast. There is barely a hint of difference in pour over and drip on the medium roast. It's fantastic that a decaf could date so could. I have been a death before decaf person, until It was a reality. I was very worried I would have to give up coffee as I've never heard a good word about decaf. I then thought to myself, if there is anyone I can think of that could keep flavor and texture intact, it would be Combs. I went up to Corinth and had a pour over in the cafe and I was impressed. I bought a jar then and there. I had since run out and ordered another 12oz of the medium, and decided to also give the dark roast a try, specifically for my Moka Pot. The Dark roast performed very well in the mokapot. All of the tasting notes were there. Combs sent me fresh roasted beans. The moment I opened up the UPS envelope, the aroma engulfed me in a warm hug of happiness and comfort. Again, I was not disappointed, and it has far exceeded expectations. Comb's really does decaf justice with their Mountain Water Process method.

The coffee here was absolutely amazing. Google maps got me here perfectly well, but it’s a strange location kind of in a more industrial part of the commercial area. My only critique would be that it took 15 minutes to make a latte because they was one other person in line. Not sure why, but there was only one girl working there and the man working there wasn’t helping to take care of the customers.

Came here on a whim after realizing there was no classes today but it ended up being the best decision ever!! This is easily the best latte I’ve had in my entire life. It was the perfect temperature, not super sweet, and the espresso itself is delicious- not bitter at all and has an amazing aftertaste. The vibe of this place is also super chill and cozy, and the barista was friendly! I really appreciated all of the original art, and wines and beer from local wineries and breweries. You can really tell the owner cares about quality here. I will absolutely be coming back to try more flavors and drinks, I wish I could give this place more stars ⭐

Follow the signs to find this special gem tucked away. We stopped on our way back home after visiting town and plan to be back! You can buy the beans which contain all the information about that particular coffee including the grading. I had the drip and it is one of the best cups of coffee I had tried. Not bitter in the slightest and you can really taste the beans. I would have asked for it black had I known. My partner got the spunky monkey which was surprisingly delicious and refreshing. What a cool place!
